After You Book Your Theory Test

Once you completed your booking with us, we will email you your confirmation of date and time of your test along with a reference number. In case of any issues just contact us and we will do our best to sort things out for you as soon as possible.

Cancelling and Rescheduling The Theory Test

You can change date and time of your theory test though you must give us minimum of five working days’ notice. If you need to cancel your theory test, we will refund you in full as long as you us a minimum of 5 working days’ notice.

Attending Your Theory Test

Arrive atleast 15 minutes before at Canterbury Theory test Centre as you may be refused to enter in case of late arrival and you will lose your test fee. Arriving without appropriate identity documents will also deemed to refuse entry and loss of test fee.

What to Take to Your Theory Test

You are required to take your UK photocard driving licence to your theory test. In case, you have a licence issued from Northern Ireland, then take both photocard and paper counterpart licence.

In test centre, you will be provided a locker where you need to store all these belongings before heading towards test room. Test centre staff may also check to ensure that you don’t have anything which can be used for cheating. You are allowed to take test, if you don’t permit them to check.

It’s illegal to cheat at the theory test. You can be sent to prison and banned from driving.

After Your Theory Test

Once you have given your theory test, you will be issued a pass/fail certificate. It will show you your core and how well you performed in each module.
